Returns Policy
Change of Mind
Magnolia Trading Company does not accept Change of Mind returns. However, if an item is deemed faulty or of low quality, then you have the right to return the item, as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We do not give refunds on Gift Cards.
Sale
Items purchased on Sale in-store or online are not able to be returned and are considered final sale – please choose carefully we do not offer exchanges, credits, or refunds on sale products
Jewellery
Return or exchange of earrings will not be accepted for hygiene reasons. However, if they are faulty, we will accept a return. Please note, this only covers manufacturing defects and not customer mishandling or damage caused by wear and tear.
Cancellation
Once an order has been placed it unfortunately cannot be cancelled.
WARRANTEES AND GUARANTEES
Magnolia Trading Company is a New Zealand company which means you are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets minimum standards for products to be sold at Magnolia Trading Company. Therefore, if you receive something of a low quality or faulty, you have the right to return the item.
FAIR TRADING ACT 1986
This is designed to protect you from being misled due to false advertising. It applies to all aspects of promotion and the sale of goods and services, including pricing, origin of the product, availability of products in stock, sales techniques and meeting the New Zealand safety standards.
